Poetry reigns,
Though not like the morning rains
Which the elders say it is one designed for the feeble hands.
Poetry reigns,
Though never like the evening rains
Which soothe the pained ground at night
But remains nothing but wet shadows at cock-crows.
Oh yea! Poetry reigns
It reigns here in my world
Poetry reigns here in our world
It is the water we drink, the food we eat, the cloth we wear... Even the air we breath
So tell me, should we not celebrate our celebrity?
Yeeeaaa!!!.. once more we shall come together and celebrate POETRY.
