Her Anaphrodisiac By Elma Ehigiamusoe

I loved how zaftig she was and how she made me want an anaphrodisiac. She was extraordinary.   Her eyes glowed and glittered, i saw diamonds and sapphires in her soul. She wasn’t the woman of my dreams, she was my deepest desire that i couldn’t dream about.   Crazy is an understatement for what i felt,    I felt like a puppy, a puppy that barks at what he loves, a baby who love sleep and the way I look at her is more than a fat kid who loves chocolate.  She is the candy and I’m halloween, she is the sky and I’m the earth. The moon and the sun, i couldn’t reflect her shine. i just stood there shaking, shaking and sweating.   The sweat dripping down my face like a cold bottle of coca cola left in the sun. My temperature rises, down with the fever of love and stench. ©Elma_Ehigiamusoe

I have friends all over the world, especially the young people. I receive at least 20,000 messages on my WhatsApp everyday. From my analysis, the needs of people are gender dependent. Most of the young boys or men I read from have one overriding interest. It is money. Any other need is secondary!   Most of the young men have a list of expectations in life. As I said earlier, money is number one on the list. Next is pleasure, mainly sexual pleasure. Then other interests fill different slots depending on individuals. The last two issues, which most of the time rank 7th and 8th are marriage and religion. They just want to postpone these two issues till they have fulfilled the most pressing issues on their list. Most of the young men I read from do consider marriage as a not too important issue, so, to them, it does not warrant getting into the first three slots on their must do list.   The young ladies who are seriously considering marriage, find themselves in a p...

Tell Osun State University to Brace Up!!! [Part 3]

#NotoCriminalsinUniosun   When I wrote sometimes ago that “When I am ready to draw my pound of flesh on Osun State University, there will be no drop of blood, but fatal wounds”, the criminals thought I was just ranting. Now, people are calling me… Respectable people that I hold in high esteem, including my good Egbon from UK, Rev Deji Okegbile… my siblings all pleading… Even those who have forgotten me in Uniosun woke up from their useless graves!!   Because I decided to be civil by following administrative procedure and the normal civil way of doing things, as applicable in those places where men are human and not animals, they mistook my ‘Yiyo Ekun’ for cowardice. ‘Awon omo irankiran’ like Femi Makinde of Punch, Christopher Alebiosu, Ogen Olukoya, Amao Temitayo Ayanbisi, Adeleke, Akintayo, Omitola and others with their Management and Council.   They think everybody will be slaves to sin and crimes like them. They think everybody will be callous a...

Is it right for a Lady to propose to her Man? By: Oj.Thorpe

The post for this week is not a common norm in our society, but I feel everyone  have the right to their opinion.   I came across an article this week asking;  If a lady can propose to her man?   This is my say about the issue, The issue of marriage is a very interesting topic, I don't think the world has gone a day without a couple tiring the knot. Most relationships tend to span for months or years without it achieving the union of marriage for many reasons, from personal character flaws, financial issues, lack of understanding, fear of commitment & even spiritual reasons.   But in a situation when the above reasons isn't your case; I feel ladies shouldn't be discouraged in purposing to that guy that you have been dating for years. This can help in knowing if your man is really yours. It can also help you know if he is serious with the relationship and his level of commitment. It can also help you to know if you are just his sex tool that ...

The Lackadaisical Attitude By: Abdulkabeer ibn Tijaniy

Globally, education is considered as a human right that should be accorded to all human beings. In facts it was the reason a lot of fundamental human rights bodies consider education as a fundamental human rights.   However, in Nigeria educational sector, there is still darkness and absolute deception. It is full of favouritism and nepotism only the wards of the overlords are granted a qualitative education. Exploiting the masses but still claim to be running free education.    They keep reinstating the phrase"Education is the best legacy" but how are we to convince the next generation that it is truly the best legacy when we have rich criminals and poor graduate.   Education in Nigerian schools today has been politicize which seriously affected the development of educational institutions. Today many educational institutions are opened and run in many states on political ground or other flimsy reasons. In Nigerian schools today admission in universitie...
