Dear Client,
Do you have the right registration?
It's quite easy to wake up and start a business, of course with the aim to make profit. You may not have considered being registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). However, this registration is quite important and not just being registered,  being registered under the right category.

It is not an uncommon thing to intend to do business with several institutions or government and you consult "someone" to help you get registered. You are then given a Certificate of registration of business name and you then start making your bids. You consider your business registered! Yes your business is registered, but your business has the wrong registration for the intended market you intend to reach!

This week, I want you to stop losing those contracts, so I will take us through the many forms of business registration and the benefits+limitations on each, the incentives and the proper market for each type of registration.

If you already have a wrong registration, do not panic, such registration can always be converted provided the conditions are right! So stay connected and get the tips needed to identify the registration you need.

Please like, comment and share.

Cheers,
Olukayode Olugbemi

Every year we welcome into our community several teenagers between 13 and 17 from far and near. They are both male and female. They have the same mission. These little fellows have been fixed at centres nearby to write their exams and the people that brought them have accommodation as part of the payment agreement. Some of these children are leaving home for the first time. Some of them look like mom's pets. Immediately they hit the town, you see a lot of ambiance and noise, something like a carnival. They make noise in the morning while looking for water for domestic use and in the evening when they are back from their different centres. It's always a new experience for most of them, and they seem to enjoy it: yea, they seem to enjoy being away from home for a whole month, a kind of escape from the eagle eyes of their parents; they seem to enjoy a t...
