Tell Osun State University to Brace Up!!! [Part 4] By: Bode Ojoniyi

 #NotoCriminalsinUniosun

#3080

Isa 59:14 Injustice is everywhere; justice seems far away. Truth is chased out of court; honesty is shoved aside. Isa 59:15 Everyone tells lies; those who turn from crime end up ruined. When the LORD noticed that justice had disappeared, he became very displeased [CEV].

Part of the nauseating things since I started the “No To Criminals in Uniosun” campaign [#NotoCriminalsinUniosun, #3080] with the series title, “Tell Osun State University to Brace Up!!!” is that everybody agrees that indeed Osun State University Management, Council, Prof Christopher Alebiosu, Prof Akintayo, Prof Olukoya Ogen, Dr. Amao Temitayo Ayanbisi, Dr. Adeleke, Dr. Omitola and the Nigeria Media, particularly, The Punch, with such worthless journalism of crime and criminals preservation as carried out by Femi Makinde, are indeed culpable of criminality in the glaring defamation of my character through blackmail to cover the crime of gross manipulations of results in Osun State University, but that I should keep quiet as I am just a lone voice in the battle against the crime and criminality! Of course, what usually follows the ‘sermonisation’ is the theology of divine retribution, ‘of how I should allow God to fight for me’ as if I have been the one in the fight all along!

The reality of the issue above, that I am a lone voice in the wilderness calling for the investigation of crimes and criminality of results manipulation in Osun State University and of the culpability of The Punch newspaper in the defamation of my character to shift attention from the crimes and the criminals with a false nonexistent story of sexual harassment, is alarming and depressing. It indeed speaks to the hopelessness of the Nigeria state even under a government that claims the fight against corruption as its major point of focus! Beyond this, it raises a serious concern for parents who are passionate about raising their children in the hope that they will learn virtues and values of truthfulness, integrity, courage and sincerity.

It indeed presupposes that such parents will be swimming against the societal tide, for they will be raising children who will be in conflict with the new morality of the state!

Sincerely, if the number of the people who have thus spoken to me will rise to demand an open live media investigation of the truth of my claims, the present and future evil will likely take necessary warning, but alas, the warning is for the good, the truth, to keep mute and allow the evil to continue to flourish. Our world is, indeed, in a mess. Of course, as it is written in Isa 59:15, “Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment”, truth has failed, but unfortunately, good people, supposed honorable men, have accepted the failure of truth and judgement to God’s displeasure!

Isa 59:14  Justice is beaten back, Righteousness is banished to the sidelines, Truth staggers down the street, Honesty is nowhere to be found, Isa 59:15  Good is missing in action. Anyone renouncing evil is beaten and robbed. GOD looked and saw evil looming on the horizon-- so much evil and no sign of Justice [MSG].

Now, I need to tell the whole world that I, OJONIYI OLABODE WALE will not fail God by keeping quiet and continue to watch the total collapse and demise of TRUTH and JUSTICE because I don’t want to be made a prey! I will rather be made a prey in the cause of standing for TRUTH and JUSTICE if God permits. Let me also announce that against the counsel that I should not return to Nigeria, I will return.

Those who want to kidnap me or assassinate me should get ready to do the job, I am returning to Nigeria, in actual fact, I will be in Osogbo by November! Let me also say that I will continue to speak against evil criminals, not only in Osun State University, but in Nigeria and the whole world. I will speak about excessive materialism that is killing our world and has compromised everything; the media and government representatives all over the world.

We said a University of higher learning is engaged in results racketeering, blackmail and defamation of character with the help of a compromised media, people are saying let the sleeping dog lies because you will be killed!!! ‘Your wife and children will be hurt.’ ‘In fact, they are not safe!’ So, who is safe in an environment of communal evil and criminality? Tell me who is safe? And, of course, when evil is allowed to spread unchecked, everybody will automatically become evil. For instance, what will a student who buys his/her way through a University degree with money contribute to the development of the society?

If he/she becomes a journalist, will it not be like Femi Makinde making up false story in order to cover crime and criminals? And, of course, how will the story be received by a society that has lost the sense of truth and justice? The confession of Ikwue Ejiro Mercy against the fabricated story of Femi Makinde has been online for over a year! (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZzBb7H848U&t=2001s) How many Nigerian Media have gone there to retrieve it, transcribe it and report it to the whole world as a counter discourse to Femi Makinde and Punch lies? No, that will expose their evils!

After all, it is on record that a decision was reached at the Osun State NUJ Correspondent Chapple of crime and criminals not to report the truth of the story again but to do all that they can do to destroy OJONIYI for being too stubborn in order to preserve their criminal fellows! That is one. Two, the audio recording of Prof Alebiosu Christopher’s led Fact-Finding Committee, where the criminals were trying to blackmail me with a video to negotiate with Prof Olukoya Ogen, to drop my evidence against Dr. Amao Temitayo Ayanbisi who changed 94 results of 2013/2014 graduating students of English and International Studies and to agree with the report they were proposing to claim that 8 innocent people had password to the result processing computer has also been online for over a year at

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zKyU_iKYhw&t=8s

But no Nigeria Media has seen it to transcribe it and report it to Nigerians and the whole world as a counter discourse to Punch and Femi Makinde’s false story! No, it is not news worthy and so it cannot be reported! And, of course Femi Makinde’s confession that he was under pressure from certain staff of Osun State University to defame my character that has been online since over a year is equally not news worthy!

[See http://www.nairaland.com/3459567/femi-makinde-punch-newspaper-confessed#50947397].

What is news worthy in an organised crime and criminality with the glaring compromise of State Security Service apparatus? How can that be news worthy? And, OJONIYI OLABODE WALE must be silenced for life on that. He must accept his fate as decreed by the human gods, the transcendental criminals and cabals, the hegemony… He must be theologised to accept the decree of the gods…

Sorry friends, I will disappoint you on that. The only thing I can assure you all on, is to continue to work as an independent researcher without getting near your University since you have all, by your silence, approved the place as the den of lions to produce monsters…

After all, I am here at the International Institute for Advanced Studies and Culture, UG, Legon, Accra, as an independent Scholar! Note, I had been a researcher on my PhD before I was forced to join University teaching by my supervisor, Prof Adeoye, who insisted that I must apply for Uniosun job, threatening he would stop reading my work then. I told him I am not interested in University teaching but in preaching, he had argued that I can combine university teaching with preaching. He was not happy that ‘I was wasting my academic gifting that should be used to the benefit of humanity’.

I appreciate him for believing in me and for helping me to realise the potentials of my mind! I know I will disappoint him if I call him to tell him that I am returning fully to what I said was my life. But, he would understand, he knows me, he would understand that there is no way I can reconcile myself to the criminality in Osun State University that he motivated me to join then. He knows that I will not negotiate with any devil…

It has been said that evil thrives when good and noble men keep silent. So, please, friends, I will not keep silent because of evil.

Let me close with my opening quotation:
“Isa 59:14 Injustice is everywhere; justice seems far away. Truth is chased out of court; honesty is shoved aside. Isa 59:15 Everyone tells lies; those who turn from crime end up ruined. When the LORD noticed that justice had disappeared, he became very displeased [CEV].

Finally, please, on a very sincere note, if I am a child of God and a preacher of the gospel, but I cannot demand for the truth and justice by openly speaking against evils, lies, deceptions, crimes and criminality because I don’t want to die, what type of gospel am I preaching and what type of a child of God am I? Please, I need your sincere help in providing answers to my question?

For me, I will not displease God because I want to gain the world!

Join the campaign against Criminals in Uniosun by demanding for truth and justice with #NotoCriminalsinUniosun

WHAT HAPPENED TO US By: E. D. OGHRE

Is this what it has come to Is this what it has become Who would have thought so Who would have believed we will be in this form *What happened to us* I remember when we became one Who would have known this day will come What happened to the promise we made And our plans to remain one Instead it has started to fade And we have forgotten where we came from *What happened to us* What happened to love and unity What happened to peace and prosperity Instead we build division and strive And no longer value our lives We start fights and live in lies *What happened to us* I still remember our promises But now we are in pieces What happened to in health and sickness With children or in barrenness Anger or happiness What happened to i will forsake anger for your sake And follow you anywhere even into a lake *What happened to us* We said in health and sickness Wealth and wretchedness For better for worse Even though we argue and curse You will remain in my he...

Christopher Sapara Williams the first Nigerian lawyer called to the English bar

Christopher Sapara Williams made history on November 1879 when he became the first Nigerian to be called to the English bar.Born on July 14, 1855 in Sierra Leone although he was reported to have been of Ijesha origin, he studied law at Inner Temple in London and on November 17, 1879, he was called to the English bar. In 1888, Williams returned to Lagos colony, as it was then to begin practising law. He enrolled in the Nigerian Bar Association where he became chairman from 1900 to 1915 when he died.  In 1901, he was nominated to the legislative council where served as member till he passed away. His judgement was called to test in 1903 when a crises arose over the tolls collected from traders by local rulers. The then Governor William MacGregor requested views from Williams, Charles Joseph George and Obadiah Johnson as indigenous opinion leaders. They suggested that the tools be retained as against changing them to subsidies so as not to upset the rulers.  Williams was no...

Oĺòŕí Dèdòyíń By: Balogun Fatimah

Tall like a Lemonade tree, Her oval face caught my fancy. Her beam? It can make a furnace cold. Ońítèmí Dèdóyíń. Her colourful eyes, Like the feathers of a Peacock. Stared deep into my soul. Piercing my heart like a dagger. Her steps gives the ground, A fresh sound. Making footprints, Like a fairy Princess. Her calm nature? Is a sightly castle. Sitting gorgeously, Beside the beauteous ocean. A pest she can be, Whom you can't fumigate. But a jolly good fellow she is, Whom you would always admire. Her tiny hips, Adorned by Crystal illèkè Gave her bum, A new rhythm. The tree in Alààfíń's palace, Bowed to the fragrance, Of her scent. A stylish Olòŕí, She is perceived as. May Almighty God, Make my Queen, Live a long, And fulfilled life. *Ońìtèmí: My own* *Íllèkè: Waist bead* © *Balogun Fatimah Oluwatosin*
