   (II) Macakod Training Centre, Opp. T&K Restaurant, University Rd., Tanke, Ilorin.
       (III) student's Union Building, Kara State Polytechnic

Step 3: Submit completed forms only at Macakod Training Centre

Step 4: Apply for Optional Training Manual @500. Note that this item is Optional.

2. Designated Trainers offices in Tanke for adequate practicals
3. Kwara Poly Campus for Kwara Poly Students Only.
